总要儆醒祷告，免得入了迷惑。你们心灵固然愿意，肉体却软弱了。Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

小北

第二次又去祷告说，我父阿，这杯若不能离开我，必要我喝，就愿你的旨意成全。He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.

小北

又来见他们睡着了，因为他们的眼睛困倦。And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy.

小北

耶稣又离开他们去了。第三次祷告，说的话还是与先前一样。And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words.

小北

于是来到门徒那里，对他们说，现在你们仍然睡觉安歇吧。（吧或作吗）时候到了，人子被卖在罪人手里了。Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

起来，我们走吧。看哪，卖我的人近了。Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me.

小北

说话之间，那十二个门徒里的犹大来了，并有许多人，带着刀棒，从祭司长和民间的长老那里，与他同来。And while he yet spake, lo, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and staves, from the chief priests and elders of the people.

小北

那卖耶稣的，给了他们一个暗号，说，我与谁亲嘴，谁就是他。你们可以拿住他。Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast.

小北

犹大随既到耶稣跟前说，请拉比安。就与他亲嘴。And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him.

小北

耶稣对他说，朋友，你来要作的事，就作吧。于是那些人上前，下手拿住耶稣。And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art thou come? Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus, and took him.
