左咡

他们遂将约拿抬起，抛在海中，海的狂浪就平息了。So they took up Jonah, and cast him forth into the sea: and the sea ceased from her raging.

左咡

那些人便大大敬畏耶和华，向耶和华献祭，并且许愿。Then the men feared the LORD exceedingly, and offered a sacrifice unto the LORD, and made vows.

左咡

耶和华安排一条大鱼吞了约拿，他在鱼腹中三日三夜。Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

[BR]约拿在鱼腹中祷告耶和华他的神，Then Jonah prayed unto the LORD his God out of the fish's belly,

[BR]2：1

左咡

说，我遭遇患难求告耶和华，你就应允我。从阴间的深处呼求，你就俯听我的声音。And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice.

左咡

你将我投下深渊，就是海的深处。大水环绕我。你的波浪洪涛都漫过我身。For thou hadst cast me into the deep, in the midst of the seas; and the floods compassed me about: all thy billows and thy waves passed over me.

左咡

我说，我从你眼前虽被驱逐，我仍要仰望你的圣殿。Then I said, I am cast out of thy sight; yet I will look again toward thy holy temple.

左咡

诸水环绕我，几乎淹没我。深渊围住我，海草缠绕我的头。The waters compassed me about, even to the soul: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were wrapped about my head.

左咡

我下到山根。地的门将我永远关住。耶和华我的神阿，你却将我的性命，从坑中救出来。I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O LORD my God.

左咡

我心在我里面发昏的时候，我就想念耶和华。我的祷告进入你的圣殿，达到你的面前。When my soul fainted within me I remembered the LORD: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple.
