你必按古时起誓应许我们列祖的话，向雅各发诚实，向亚伯拉罕施慈爱。Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
耶和华是忌邪施报的神。耶和华施报大有忿怒。向他的敌人施报，向他的仇敌怀怒。God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.
耶和华不轻易发怒，大有能力，万不以有罪的为无罪。他乘旋风和暴风而来，云彩为他脚下的尘土。The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
他斥责海，使海乾了，使一切江河乾涸。巴珊和迦密的树林衰残，黎巴嫩的花草也衰残了。He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.
大山因他震动，小山也都消化。大地在他面前突起，世界和住在其间的，也都如此。The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.
他发忿恨，谁能立得住呢。他发烈怒，谁能当得起呢。他的忿怒如火倾倒，磐石因他崩裂。Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him.
