那女人知道不能隐藏，就战战兢兢的来俯伏在耶稣脚前，把摸他的缘故，和怎样立刻得好了，当着众人都说出来。And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately.

耶稣对他说，女儿，你的信救了你，平平安安的去吧。And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.

左咡

还说话的时候，有人从管会堂的家里来说，你的女儿死了，不要劳动夫子。While he yet spake, there cometh one from the ruler of the synagogue's house, saying to him, Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the Master.

左咡

耶稣听见就对他说，不要怕，只要信，你的女儿就必得救。But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole

左咡

耶稣到了他的家，除了彼得，约翰，雅各，和女儿的父母，不许别人同他进去。And when he came into the house, he suffered no man to go in, save Peter, and James, and John, and the father and the mother of the maiden.

众人都为这女儿哀哭捶胸。耶稣说，不要哭，他不是死了，是睡着了。And all wept, and bewailed her: but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but sleepeth.

左咡

他们晓得女儿已经死了，就嗤笑耶稣。And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead.

左咡

耶稣拉着他的手，呼叫说，女儿，起来吧。And he put them all out, and took her by the hand, and called, saying, Maid, arise.

左咡

他的灵魂便回来，他立刻起来了。耶稣吩咐给他东西吃。And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.

左咡

他的父母惊奇得很。耶稣嘱咐他们，不要把所作的事告诉人。And her parents were astonished: but he charged them that they should tell no man what was done.
