耶稣看见拿但业来，就指着他说，看哪，这是个真以色列人，他心里是没有诡诈的。Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!

左咡

拿但业对耶稣说，你从那里知道我呢。耶稣回答说，腓力还没有招呼你，你在无花果树底下，我就看见你了。Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.

拿但业说，拉比，你是神的儿子，你是以色列的王。Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.

左咡

耶稣对他说，因为我说在无花果树底下看见你，你就信吗。你将要看见比这更大的事。Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou? thou shalt see greater things than these.

左咡

又说，我实实在在的告诉你们，你们将要看见天开了，神的使者上去下来在人子身上。And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.

[BR]第三日，在加利利的迦拿有娶亲的筵席。耶稣的母亲在那里。And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:

耶稣和他的门徒也被请去赴席。And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.

左咡

酒用尽了，耶稣的母亲对他说，他们没有酒了。And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.

左咡

耶稣说，母亲，（原文作妇人）我与你有什么相干。我的时候还没有到。Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.

左咡

他母亲对用人说，他告诉你们什么，你们就作什么。His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.
