巴拿巴有意，要带称呼马可的约翰同去。And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark.

但保罗，因为马可从前在旁非利亚离开他们，不和他们同去作工，就以为不可带他去。But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work.

于是二人起了争论，甚至彼此分开。巴拿巴带着马可，坐船往塞浦路斯去。And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus;

保罗拣选了西拉，也出去，蒙弟兄们把他交于主的恩中。And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God.

路司得和以哥念的弟兄，都称赞他。Which was well reported of by the brethren that were at Lystra and Iconium.

保罗要带他同去，只因那些地方的犹太人，都知道他父亲是希腊人，就给他行了割礼。Him would Paul have to go forth with him; and took and circumcised him because of the Jews which were in those quarters: for they knew all that his father was a Greek.

小北

他们经过各城，把耶路撒冷使徒和长老所定的条规，交给门徒遵守。And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem.

于是众教会信心越发坚固，人数天天加增。And so were the churches established in the faith, and increased in number daily.
