[BR]因听见他们说方言，称赞神为大。
[BR]For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,

[BR]于是彼得说，这些人既受了圣灵，与我们一样，谁能禁止用水给他们施洗呢。
[BR]Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?

[BR]就吩咐奉耶稣基督的名给他们施洗。他们又请彼得住了几天。
[BR]And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

[BR]使徒和在犹太的众弟兄，听说外邦人也领受了神的道。
[BR]And the apostles and brethren that were in Judaea heard that the Gentiles had also received the word of God.

[BR]及至彼得上了耶路撒冷，那些奉割礼的门徒和他争辩说，
[BR]And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,

[BR]你进入未受割礼之人的家，和他们一同吃饭了。
[BR]Saying, Thou wentest in to men uncircumcised, and didst eat with them.

[BR]彼得就开口，把这事挨次给他们讲解说，
[BR]But Peter rehearsed the matter from the beginning, and expounded it by order unto them, saying,

[BR]我在约帕城里祷告的时候，魂游象外，看见异象，有一物降下，好像一块大布，系着四角，从天上缒下，直来到我跟前。
[BR]I was in the city of Joppa praying: and in a trance I saw a vision, A certain vessel descend, as it had been a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even to me:

[BR]我定睛观看，见内中有地上四足的牲畜，和野兽，昆虫，并天上的飞鸟。
[BR]Upon the which when I had fastened mine eyes, I considered, and saw fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.

[BR]我且听见有声音向我说，彼得，起来，宰了吃。
[BR]And I heard a voice saying unto me, Arise, Peter; slay and eat.
