耶和华对摩西说，
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying

小北

你晓谕以色列人说，七月初一，你们要守为圣安息日，要吹角作纪念，当有圣会。

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation

小北

什么劳碌的工都不可作，要将火祭献给耶和华。

Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD

小北

耶和华晓谕摩西说，
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying

小北

七月初十是赎罪日，你们要守为圣会，并要刻苦己心，也要将火祭献给耶和华。
Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD

小北

当这日，什么工都不可作，因为是赎罪日，要在耶和华你们的神面前赎罪。
And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God

小北

当这日，凡不刻苦己心的，必从民中剪除。
For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people

小北

凡外人不可吃圣物，寄居在祭司家的，或是雇工人，都不可吃圣物。
There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing: a sojourner of the priest, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing

小北

倘若祭司买人，是他的钱买的，那人就可以吃圣物，生在他家的人也可以吃。
But if the priest buy any soul with his money, he shall eat of it, and he that is born in his house: they shall eat of his meat

小北

祭司的女儿若嫁外人，就不可吃举祭的圣物。
If the priest's daughter also be married unto a stranger, she may not eat of an offering of the holy things
