耶和华对摩西说，你向海伸杖，叫水仍合在埃及人并他们的车辆，马兵身上。
And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen

摩西就向海伸杖，到了天一亮，海水仍旧复原。埃及人避水逃跑的时候，耶和华把他们推翻在海中，
And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea

水就回流，淹没了车辆和马兵。那些跟着以色列人下海法老的全军，连一个也没有剩下。
And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them

以色列人却在海中走乾地，水在他们的左右作了墙垣。
But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left

当日，耶和华这样拯救以色列人脱离埃及人的手，以色列人看见埃及人的死尸都在海边了。
Thus the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore

以色列人看见耶和华向埃及人所行的大事，就敬畏耶和华，又信服他和他的仆人摩西。
And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses

那时，摩西和以色列人向耶和华唱歌说，我要向耶和华歌唱，因他大大战胜，将马和骑马的投在海中。

Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea

耶和华是我的力量，我的诗歌，也成了我的拯救。这是我的神，我要赞美他，是我父亲的神，我要尊崇他。
The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him

The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name

法老的车辆，军兵，耶和华已抛在海中，他特选的军长都沉于红海。
Pharaoh's chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea
