左咡

不要自欺，神是轻慢不得的。人种的是什么，收的也是什么。Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

左咡

顺着情欲撒种的，必从情欲收败坏顺着圣灵撒种的，必从圣灵收永生。For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

左咡

我们行善，不可丧志。若不灰心，到了时候，就要收成。And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

左咡

[BR]所以有了机会，就当向众人行善。向信徒一家的人更当这样。As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

左咡

[BR]请看我亲手写给你们的字，是何等的大呢。Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand.

左咡

凡希图外貌体面的人，都勉强你们受割礼。无非是怕自己为基督的十字架受逼迫。As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.

左咡

他们那些受割礼的，连自己也不守律法。他们愿意你们受割礼，不过要藉着你们的肉体夸口。For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh.

左咡

但我断不以别的夸口，只夸我们主耶稣基督的十字架。因这十字架，就我而论，世界已经钉在十字架上。就世界而论，我已经钉在十字架上。But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

左咡

受割礼不受割礼都无关紧要，要紧的就是作新造的人。For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

左咡

凡照此理而行的，愿平安怜悯加给他们，和神的以色列民。And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.
