约翰的门徒把这些事都告诉约翰。And the disciples of John shewed him of all these things.

他便叫了两个门徒来，打发他们到主那里去，说，那将要来的是你吗，还是我们等候别人呢。And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?

那两个人来到耶稣那里，说，施洗的约翰打发我们来问你，那将要来的是你吗，还是我们等候别人呢。When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?

正当那时候，耶稣治好了许多有疾病的，受灾患的，被恶鬼附着的。又开恩叫好些瞎子能看见。And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues, and of evil spirits; and unto many that were blind he gave sight.

左咡

耶稣回答说，你们去把所看见所听见的事告诉约翰。就是瞎子看见，瘸子行走，长大麻疯的洁净，聋子听见，死人复活，穷人有福音传给他们。Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached.

[BR]耶稣心里深深的叹息说，这世代为什么求神迹呢。我实在告诉你们，没有神迹给这世代看。And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith, Why doth this generation seek after a sign? verily I say unto you, There shall no sign be given unto this generation.

他就离开他们，又上船往海那边去了。And he left them, and entering into the ship again departed to the other side.

九命猫

门徒忘了带饼。在船上除了一个饼，没有别的食物。Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, neither had they in the ship with them more than one loaf.

耶稣嘱咐他们说，你们要谨慎，防备法利赛人的酵，和希律的酵。And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod.

他们彼此议论说，这是因为我们没有饼吧。And they reasoned among themselves, saying, It is because we have no bread.
