等我使你的仇敌作你的脚凳。Till I make thine enemies thy footstool.

左咡

大卫既称他为主，他怎吗又是大卫的子孙呢。David therefore calleth him Lord, how is he then his son?

左咡

众百姓听的时候，耶稣对门徒说，Then in the audience of all the people he said unto his disciples,

左咡

你们要防备文士。他们好穿长衣游行，喜爱人在街市上问他们安，又喜爱会堂里的高位，筵席上的首座。Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts;

左咡

他们侵吞寡妇的家产，假意作很长的祷告。这些人要受更重的刑罚。Which devour widows' houses, and for a shew make long prayers: the same shall receive greater damnation.

左咡

耶稣抬头观看，见财主把捐项投在库里。And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.

左咡

又见一个穷寡妇，投了两个小钱。And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.

左咡

就说，我实在告诉你们。这穷寡妇，所投的比众人还多。And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all:

左咡

因为众人都是自己有馀，拿出来投在捐项里。但这个寡妇是自己不足，把他一切养生的都投上了。For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.

左咡

有人谈论圣殿，是用美石和供物妆饰的。And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,
