左咡

从前西罗亚楼倒塌了，压死十八个人，你们以为那些人比一切住在耶路撒冷的人更有罪吗。Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?

左咡

我告诉你们，不是的。你们若不悔改，都要如此灭亡。I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

左咡

于是用比喻说，一个人有一棵无花果树，栽在葡萄园里。他来到树前梢果子，却找不着。He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.

左咡

就对管园的说，看哪，我这三年，来到这无花果树前梢果子，竟找不着，把他砍了吧。何必白占地土呢。Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

左咡

管园的说，主阿，今年且留着，等我周围掘开土，加上粪。And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:

以后若结果子便吧。不然再把他砍了。And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

左咡

安息日，耶稣在会堂里教训人。And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.

左咡

有一个女人，被鬼附着病了十八年。腰弯得一点直不起来。And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.

左咡

耶稣看见，便叫过他来，对他说，女人，你脱离这病了。And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

左咡

于是用两双手按着他。他立刻直起腰来，就归荣耀与神。And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God
